Ah, the nature of time. We don’t even fully understand it, we are incapable of perceiving it properly, and yet we still get into these silly debates over whether or not the earth was created in 6 days or slowly evolved over thousands of years. First a disclaimer, I don’t care to rehash old and boring debates. I believe God’s word is true, and if there’s a problem, the error is going to be on our end. Always. Also, I don’t care. Did I say that already? I don’t care because human beings aren’t even capable of measuring and perceiving time properly.
What astounds me however, is how unfamiliar we all are with the very nature of time! Time is not even linear, there’s the whole theory of relativity, the space/time continuum, time travel, the speed of light, traveling backwards in time, time warps, etc. The very fabric of the…

I’m fascinated by time!
I’ve had some of these thoughts, but I’ve been introduced to some new ones in this post 🙂

I’ve always thought there could be an elasticity to time that we could never understand, as well as layers of time going on simultaneously (meaning the possibility of time travel or a simultaneous “history”).
Also fascinated by how God could view time, being outside of it. If we could think outside of the “time” box like that, how different would it all be?
