Telemarketer

Phone rings…..
I pick up…foreign sounding male voice says:
“Hello Ma’am, how are you today?”
I say slowly….”OK……”
He says, “Do you have a few minutes to talk?”
I say “I’m not sure I WANT to….”
He laughs and I laugh too, and he says, “Ma’am, you are not sure you want to talk to me and I have not even said yet what I am going to talk about.”
I said “I don’t think I want to know. This sounds like a telemarketer call.”
He laughed and said “I’m calling about a vacation…”
I laughed out loud (he was laughing out loud now too) and said “I cannot afford to go on a vacation, so it would better for you to spend your time talking to someone else”
Then we both had a laughing attack and I said, “Did I just make your day?”
He laughed some more and then he said “OK, Ma’am, you have a good day” and still chuckling, he hung up.
HahahahahahaHAAAAA!!!!!!!!! 😉
