My most read and loved book would have to be my bible. My current bible is a little worn and slightly tattered. I think it’s my 3rd or 4th copy.
I’m loth to part with any copy, because as I explained in my first post on reading, I underline, highlight and comment, and it all has significance to me. This process helps me to locate the piece I want.
I have a bit of a photographic memory, I think, because if I am searching for something, I have a picture in my mind of what it is that I am looking for, what it looks like, even where it is on the page. All of this helps me relocate things in my bible, or in any other book for that matter.
Must be the OCD…..
