A taste of FAITH, a touch of LAUGHTER.

Today I am thankful for the ability to be mobile……being able to do things like exercise, walking and dance. I am almost 64, and I think I may be more active these days than I ever was.
Today I thank God for the health that allows me this mobility. Going through depression and a bout with cancer was tough but it has brought me to this place.
Our bodies are such a miracle and we tend to take things completely for granted until we lose some facet or function. So, thank You God, right now, for the living, breathing, moving wonder that is Your gift of life. May I be mindful of it, not take it for granted, and be patient and kind with those who are struggling with ill health and lack of mobility.
Reblogged this on Ann's Corner and commented:
A reblog of my gratitude journal.Almost 68 now (January) and still trying to keep moving, though struggling with recurring vertigo. I have the Pacer app on my phone to track my walking. Doing yoga for flexibility when I can. I was dancing but not for a bit now, due to vertigo.
I was so encouraged by a Facebook friend today who is 80 and hurting badly, but who still sings praises to God. Bless his soul ❤ I hope I can be that thankful…..
