Spam? Or not?

Hey folks,

I’ve been wandering around my dashboard help areas trying to find out something and I accidentally came across what I thought was a spam folder where I see contact attempts to reach me, by several people.

I can’t find a way to answer these or to get them out of this “spam” folder as I used to be able to but I will keep trying. This is annoying….

Some are older messages, from 2015 or so! Please know that I am not ignoring your request for info. I just found them now!

Will try to find a way to respond!

(Update: I thought it was a spam folder but it was actually a feedback folder of contact messages. I have found out how to reply, I THINK!!!!)
