Wearing a heart monitor overnight. Not quite like the one in the picture……a bit more to it. I’m supposed to track my activity on paper while wearing it for 24 hours.
This should be fun. I already want to claw the thing off after only 8 hrs, and now I have try to sleep with half a dozen itchy sensors and wires and a timer thingy attached. Oh boy….
Can’t I just have a Garmin, or a Fitbit to wear on my wrist? It would seem to be easier….
Please? 😉
I don’t expect that anything wrong will be found. My blood pressure is always good. Sometimes they say I have the blood pressure of a 20 year old. I am 69. I just have to do what the doctor has ordered.
I’m thankful for a thorough doctor who is trying to get at the root of recurring vertigo episodes. I hope I can make it through the night without ripping anything off….!
It won’t be easy!!!!!!!!!

I feel your pain…
I had to wear one…get this a whole month!!!… only was able to take it off for a shower and they only wanted me to take a shower every 4 days or something like that…Oh I don’t miss that thing at all!!!… I felt suffocated and like someone was always touching me sort of thing lol…
I think I remember how I kept track of where the patches went like this… white equals right side…black equal back…green equals stomach and red equals heart…lmao… I remember it from school lol…
I am glad you only have to wear it 24 hours but so understand how you are feeling…
