Are you feeling stressed out?
Here is a little video clip from Dr. Abraham Twerski, about the lobster, which may help you look at stress differently.
If you like, watch the next video in it’s entirety, or just check it out from between the 4 and 5 minute mark to view the event as it happens. I could not wait. so I will admit I fast forwarded to that 4 minute point 😉
Here is another link to a much shorter video that shows just how much and how quickly the lobster actually grows after shedding the shell. Very interesting!
AMAZING!
Don’t yah feel better already?
I do!!!!! 😉

There is a another way, a spiritual way to cast off our “shells” in those stressful times.
Give it over to God. Wrestle out of your “prison” in prayer. Remember you are not alone. Let the grace of God grow you, through your trial, into all He would have you to be.
God is faithful. He will DO it…..
“He who calls you is faithful; he will surely do it.” 1 Thessalonians 5:24
1 Peter 5:6-11
6 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, 7 casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
8 Be sober, be vigilant; because[c] your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. 9 Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world. 10 But may[d] the God of all grace, who called us[e] to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you. 11 To Him be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.

Fascinating video…leaves me wondering how long they stay soft and vulnerable before developing that new shell ??? Thanks, Ann.
