I’m posting an information article on our local earthquakes, for those who might be interested. I did not realise the extent of the current activity.
Vancouver Island is my current home. We did feel the 4 pointer just recently that occurred down island from where I live. All I felt was a temporary imbalance where I swayed awkwardly from one foot to the other and back. I did not know it was a quake and thought I was just overtired, but it did feel unusual. I found out about the quake the next day.
We do get the occasional quake. A time before, I shook in my bed. Another time I rocked in my chair. These are mild quakes, but we do practice drills in our schools, in case.

My first memory in life is a 6.9 earthquake that happened in California where I was born.
I just read on the weather channel that Oklahoma has had twenty small earthquakes since last night. So many earthquakes in so many places. Scary. I am praying.
