A Gift

I’m moved!

Pretty much, anyway. A bit of cleaning left to do in the other apartment, and still one shelf to move in when the manager has finished his final touches on one of the living room walls.

Two lady friends came by the other night and brought these flowers, a housewarming gift 🙂 I dug out my favourite vase (a great find from the Salvation Army thrift store) and put them in. Now I can enjoy those over the next few days. I usually keep the petals to add to a pot pourri as well. That way, I have the pleasure of the scent and colour a bit longer.
