Excuses, anyone?
I do yoga class every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, followed by small weights and walking. I really enjoy the routine.
On Mondays, there are chair exercises for seniors. They work out to some funky music, which helps me out with my mall walk 😉 I decided to snap a pic on my way around today.
Who says you have to quit moving when you get older? If these guys can do it, any of us can. There is a man in his 90’s who comes to our yoga class on Wednesdays.
