Love Can Be Tough

Sometimes this is love lived out in truth…..despite all of your well-intended efforts.

Love takes many forms and does not always need to be present (in human terms) to be felt or experienced.

The capacity to love others well starts with loving God, and then loving your neighbour “as yourself”.

We don’t always manage to do this perfectly

I’m learning…..

Sometimes I struggle deeply with all of these aspects of love. Many times, as I struggle, and humanity fails me, all I can do is rest in the love that God has for me, knowing I am deeply loved, that God is faithful, and I can trust Him, no matter what.

He is enough…..
