Listening to free scripture songs, by Robert Evans, which is proving to be a very pleasant experience on this Sunday evening. Simple guitar and voice presentation, but quite lovely. I forgot how good it is to listen to scripture in that form. 

I know I learned a lot of scripture that way years ago, through a nurse in our church who taught us the ones she knew. Thanks, Jackie! Those words and songs have stayed in my heart and mind ever since. How wonderful to flip through my bible and find I can sing parts of it as songs.
