I can identify. I’ve so often had too much to think….. 😉
Yep you read that right..
We all get down and let our minds wonder. Usually when we are on our own. I know I do it all the time. Just wanted to say that if you do feel down, and start worrying about things and your mind drifts off and you feel a bit depressed then stop yourself. Get up and talk with your loved ones, go out with friends, or do something you enjoy. Don’t put yourself down and make yourself feel worse. Just stop yourself from thinking too much, and keep yourself busy.
I hope this can work for you ☺️

If it’s a depressing think, then that usually stems from a lie, and if i can identify that lie, I can counteract that lie with a truth.
There is one scripture verse that really helps me too:
“For the rest, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is worthy of reverence and is honorable and seemly, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely and lovable, whatever is kind and winsome and gracious, if there is any virtue and excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think on and weigh and take account of these things [fix your minds on them].” (Philippians 4:8 AMP)
