The Space To Write, Writing 101, Day 6

What are your writing habits?

I write whenever I feel the urge to, which, fortunately for me, I have freedom to do throughout most of the day or night, whenever the inspiration is upon me 😉

What equipment or supplies do you use to write?

I am often on my iPhone, and I will use my Notes app. I may be on Facebook, and write a post, or enter into a discussion. Sometimes I save those onto my Notes app. Sometimes I will use the Notes section on Facebook to write. Sometimes I am at christianwriters.com doing a response or a piece of poetry or writing. Sometimes all I have is pen and a scrap of paper, so that’s what I use.

Before I ever had such a thing as an iPhone, I wrote journals, in notebooks, and I have a LOT of those. I plan to try to get some of that into electronic form as part of a book some day.

What do you need and want in a physical space?

Anywhere will do really. I’m often sitting in my wing back chair. I’ve written outside in nature. I’ve written in bed. I do enjoy somewhere quiet, preferably alone, though I’ve written in public places also. A cup of tea is also nice to have on hand 😉
