A Silent Scream

Wow…….

This post from OM drew me in and held my attention. It speaks stark volumes about the pain present in our world today. Very moving….

My son was over in Afghanistan for 6 months. He came back all in one piece. I was so happy to see him I grabbed him, shaking and crying, and felt like I would never let him go. Not all of them made it home alive 😦

All of those silent screams. Sometimes the silence is so full it is frighteningly deafening……

My only hope in this life is in God, who gets me through all of the hard things I encounter. Sometimes this world is just madness…..
